- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. No pre-payment is normally required.
- Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to arrival date are normally free.
- In case of late cancellation or no show the cost of the room for one night will be billed on the credit card.
- Guests are requested to cancel their reservation through the same channel the reservation was done: if, for instance, the reservation was done through an internet portal such as booking.com or similar, the cancellation will have to be communicated through the same portal.
